iLift – The individual design program

The individual iLift-DESIGN program can be flexibly tailored to meet virtually all customer requirements regarding the lining of elevator cabins. All KOHLER product series are designed in such a way that the lining options can be installed in just a few steps and result in a precise fit.

For this purpose, we use a specially developed strip system for horizontal and vertical subdivisions and finishes on ceilings and floors as well as handrails. With a construction height of 8 mm to 12 mm, the system matches up with joints exactly, and follows the lines of the installed materials. Accordingly, it enables the high-quality upgrading of simple cabins in detail.

In the standard version, the strip system elegantly integrates almost any material up to a thickness of 6 mm into the cabin design. The width of the separating strips is 12 mm, the height of the floor and ceiling skirting is 100 mm, and that of the center strips is 30 mm. Furthermore, the specified dimensions can be individually adapted to accommodate thicker materials. All strips are available in brushed stainless steel and lacquered.

The iLift-DESIGN standard provides for glossy and matt foiled glass panes in RAL-approximated colors that can be positioned either vertically or horizontally. In addition, virtually any suitable material, color and positioning can be configured on request.
