The company KÖHLER Elevator GmbH operates the website https://koehlerelevator.de/, where elevators under the KÖHLER brand are being offered. It is hereby expressly stated that this company has neither a manufacturing facility nor an official representative office in Germany.
According to available information, the said company has defrauded numerous customers in various countries through fraudulent activities.

Following complaints from affected customers, the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Darmstadt – Branch Office Offenbach am Main (Germany) has initiated criminal proceedings for fraud against the company’s managing director under case number 1200 Js 79196/24, dated April 18, 2024.

Individuals who can provide information on the whereabouts of the managing director, Mr. Ehsan Makki, are requested to contact the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the following address:
