KOHLER covers the entire product spectrum of elevators of all types and sizes – from standardized series elevators to premium cabin interiors and high-quality, custom-designed elevators. The foundation of our operational business is the comprehensive automation of all processes related to our series products. From the initial inquiry to delivery, our customers have extensive decision-making options and can configure and place their orders virtually around the clock.
Three elements form the basis of this advanced automation: our specially programmed product configurator ProKon, an elevator drawing generator tailored to our product series, and our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Our long-standing cooperation and product development efforts with renowned component suppliers and manufacturers enable us to offer our customers high-quality parts that contribute to first-class end products. Along with easy assembly and installation, our elevator systems are characterized by high operating comfort and a long service life.
KOHLER – The Portfolio
The standardized and variant designs of our product lines reflect the high degree of industrial automation that defines our portfolio for both passenger and goods transportation.
We respond to requests for elevators of all types and sizes – whether center- or side-guided, with coated or solid steel ropes – in standard series ranging from 225 kg to 6,500 kg and speeds from 0.5 m/s to 2.5 m/s. We offer the smallest possible pit depths starting at 250 mm and reduced headroom heights down to 2,400 mm.
Beyond these standard series, we develop hydraulic and rope systems for special applications, with capacities up to 50 tons, speeds up to 6 m/s, and travel heights up to 200 meters.
On the following pages, we present our current standard series rLift, zLift, sLift, and xLift, our premium design program iLift, as well as our company’s passion: high-quality, timelessly designed glass elevators with maximum transparency and precision – the HLift, OLift, and ULift model ranges.
Our Flexible Standard Series
Within their respective load limits and minimum dimensions, our product lines are available in almost all freely selectable cabin layouts without grid constraints.
Thanks to flexible cabin and door dimensions, as well as low cabin depths starting from 700 mm, our standard series can be used even in the most demanding modernization projects with the narrowest existing shafts.
Furthermore, our flexible and extensive iLift DESIGN program fulfills nearly all individual design wishes of our customers.
